0.4 miles past the tunnel (0.2 miles in length) turn right at sign for Salt Creek Falls Viewpoint
Parking (day use fee of $5 or Northwest Forest Pass) is available at the top of the falls.
Viewing is a short distance from the parking area. In addition,
a trail leads down to the fall's base.
Snow pass required after Nov. 15.
Found this Blue-eyed Darner Dragonfly near the base of the falls.
It let me get real close for one of the best shots of the intricate
veining in its wings.

Travel approximately one mile further east on Hwy 58 to a wide spot on the south side of the road.
You'll find the upper section of Salt Creek with a small waterfall amongst trees.
